Terms of Service
These Terms explain the rules for using Together, a care-coordination service from Mirava.
Effective date: [Month Day, 2026] · Last updated: [Month Day, 2026]
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Together by Mirava (“Together,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using Together, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you use Together for another person, you represent that you have authority to do so and that your use complies with applicable law.
2. The Together service
Together provides tools for organizing care, including shared care circles, schedules, medication and wellness tracking, secure recordings, and information connections that you choose to authorize. Features may change over time. Together does not provide medical care and does not create a clinician-patient relationship.
3. Accounts and care circles
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for the people you invite to a care circle. Invite only people you trust with the information you choose to share. You may remove members or adjust access when those options are available. Do not share your credentials or use another person’s account without permission.
4. Recordings and consent
You may use recording features only when every person whose voice is recorded has provided the consent required by applicable law. You are responsible for confirming consent before each recording. Do not use Together to record emergencies, highly sensitive conversations without authorization, or content you do not have the right to share.
5. MyChart and other connected services
If you choose to connect a third-party service such as MyChart, you authorize Together to access only the information you approve through that service’s authorization process. You can disconnect a connection through Together or the third-party service. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices; Together does not control their availability or content.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Together, interfere with its security or operation, attempt to access information without authorization, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s privacy.
7. Medical and emergency disclaimer
Together is not designed for emergencies. If you believe someone may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. Information presented in Together may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or not applicable to a particular situation. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions and decisions.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOGETHER IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” MIRAVA DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS. [COUNSEL: INSERT APPROVED LIMITATION-OF-LIABILITY, INDEMNITY, GOVERNING-LAW, DISPUTE-RESOLUTION, AND JURISDICTION PROVISIONS.]
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Together evolves. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
