Crescent: A Connected Fertility Platform

Fertility treatment is complex and emotionally demanding, and the software around it often creates avoidable work. Crescent connects the patient experience with the clinical workflows behind it.

The problem

Fertility treatment involves complex schedules, precise medication regimens, repeated testing, and decisions that change day to day. For patients, that information is often scattered: treatment calendars in one place, medications in another, clinic communication in email, education across the web.

Clinics carry the mirror burden: onboarding, care-team assignment, scheduling around real availability, and consistent documentation across many simultaneous patients.

The approach

Crescent was built to connect both sides of that experience. For patients: treatment and cycle tracking, medication reminders, scheduling, secure messaging and telehealth, and clinic-published education. For clinics: onboarding, care-team assignment, structured notes, scheduling, and patient engagement.

It runs on the Mirava platform, so identity, permissions, secure communication, and audit are designed in rather than bolted on.

How it works

A patient tracks their cycle and medications in one place and receives reminders when they matter. Appointments book around real clinic availability. Questions go to the care team over secure messaging or video. The clinic sees each patient's journey, documents every encounter consistently, and understands where attention may be needed.

Outcomes we design for

Crescent is early, and we publish measured outcomes only when the evidence supports them. The design goals are fewer missed appointments, clearer communication, less time coordinating, and better visibility for clinics — all measurable, and all to be reported as substantiated.
